so, bile kite nk muhasabah diri...kite kene la pikir yg positif dgn situasi ini...
-kejayaan utk kite blum tiba masanya
-Allah nk uji keimanan kite...tandanya ALLAH SYG KITE!!!
-supaya kita xriak dgn kejayaan yg sementara...
-tingkatkan usehe,ibadah dan yakin padaNYA!!
-sentiasa bsyukur dlm ape jua keadaan ...insyaALLAH apa yg kita lakukan Allah permudahkan kelak!!!

ok...then, i try the next recipe...
which is the MOST SIMPLEST recipe i ever make...
i get this recipe from this video....

from the my previous Apple Pie recipe :D

Apple pie filling!!!
The Ingredients:
6 cups of thinly sliced apples
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1/4 of a teaspoon of salt

The Methods:
-mix all the ingredients.pour entire mixture into the pie shell
-take the second pie crust and roll it right on top of the apples. there should be a little bit of the pie crust hanging over the pie plate. Tuck the edges under for a thick crust.
-bake for 40-45 mint (190 deg celsius)

Apple Pie recipe!!!
its quite simple recipe....
Im sure you all have all the recipe in your kitchen right now...
The main ingredient's should be APLLE!!!

>>Pastry Pie Crust
The Ingredients : 
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter (chilled,cut in dice)
1/2 cup ice water

The Methods:
-combine flour and salt
-put in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs...(like sand)
-stir in ice water, a tbsp at a time..until forms a ball...(if it sticky pour some flour until it become soft n gentle)
-wrap the dough in a plastic..leave it in refrigerator for 4 hr or overnight.
*(to make a pie)
-sprinkle flour on your rolling surface and the dough...i use 2 baking paper, where i put 1/2 of the dough between its easily to roll over the dough....
-the pie should be not to thin and not to thick..must balance and suit your pie tin...
-then, 1/2 the other dough you can make it as:

# crumble (like sand)

 you just pour some flour on the dough, and you crush it in to pieces...
*before you pour ice water in your flour, you separate the dough into 2 different bowl..

The Ingredients:
(8-10 serving depends on your pie tin you used)
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 apples - peels, sliced thinly

The Methods:
-heat the oven for 5 minutes at 220 Deg Celsius...
-melt the butter in saucepan. Stir in flour to form a paste
-add water,white and brown sugar, brint it boil...
-reduce the heat, let it simmer...then, turn off...let it cool...
-place the bottom pie crust into your pie tin...
-put the apple you already sliced thinly into your pie tin, pressed slightly ...
-then, put the butter liquid gently into your pie tin...(cover the apple)...
-next, put the top pie crust as you like onto your pie tin....
-bake for 40-45 min (190 Deg Celsius)...

Kek Kukus COKLAT SUSU!!!! Jom Cuba = Let's Try!!! :)

Assalam.... post is about steamed cake!! :)
actually the recipe was originated from KEK BELACAN or known as KEK SADDAM HUSSIEN (same recipe but diff method)....and seriously, it is superb delicious....
all this is because from my friend's ask me to taste it, Siti Nur :)..
so, i with a good mood in baking (not in cooking..a bit lazy... ;D ) i try to search this Saddam Cake...
but all of my research is not as what i search for....then....i just try making it...

you can try this cake recipe from these trusted site's....

-KEK BELACAN by Sue-Hasue  (quite similar with Saddam Cake)

-KEK SADDAM HUSSIEN / KEK LAPIS 3 RASA by Ummi  (a 3 layers cake)

so....i have not enough ingredients to follow those i just changed a bit and make it as my own recipe..
for those who like sweet and creamy taste, you can try it....

okay for my cake!!!!!
i name it..... KEK KUKUS COKLAT SUSU = Milk Choc Steamed Cake!!! :D

3 eggs
150g butter
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup powdered milk (I use Nespray brand)
1/3 cup brown sugar 
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

-FIRST OF ALL, boil the water in your steamer container while you prepare the cake.
- sieve the caster sugar, powdered milk, flour.
-whisk the egg 1 by 1 with butter..whisk it well..then, pour vanilla essence,cocoa powder and brown sugar..continue, whisk it...
-pour the flour gently not all in the butter mixture....then continue pour the balance flour in the mixture, then whisk it until done....
TIPS: if you want the cake more black colour, you can add a cocoa powder (but you must balanced it with sugar) or brown sugar (add with a little water)..
-you have to wipe a butter and then pour some flour on your cake tin....then,pour the mixture into it...
-steam it for 1-2 hours...
(make sure you check your cake by tick or dip it with a small thing (toothpick) check whether the cake is already cook or not...and use a knife to check the cake's side....don't cut it, just push the cake to the center...)
=..= its really tough to explain it here...i hope you do understand what i mean it...hummmm
TIPS: if your toothpick clean without any cake mixture means, its already cook...if it already cook, try to touch with your finger, it should must not stick to your hand....

fuh.....i hope you understand what i meant..
if you follow the recipe,this cake is sweet, so you need to cut it small rectangle size....
if you want to alter the recipe, you may add cocoa powder or  use less sugar... 
i hope you guys try sure you have those ingredients in your kitchen!!!

Done with my cheesecake recipe??
So, now we try to make a Tiramisu Cheesecake...
The simplest cake ever...
:D ahhhaa oven or microwave required....

(The actual ingredients, used mascorpene cheese instead of tatura cheese...but fyi, mascorpene cheese is too mush expensive, for me, beginners,should to try the affordable cheese to buy and to use with...this is all from my mom's idea...this is because it is the first time at all on making tiramisu cheesecake...Unfortunately, THE TASTE OF THE TATURA CHEESE IS AWESOME!!
Alhamdulillah, my tiramisu cheesecake turn out so good..Still, i have to learn the differences between THOSE cheeses that exist in this planet... hiyahHHH!! :D)

The Ingredients:
Merrie's biscuits (the qtt depends on your cake tin size)
1/2 cup caster sugar (if you like sweet then add another 1/2 cup)
4 eggs (separated the white and egg yolk)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups Tatura cheese
1 cups coffee/espresso (sweetened to your liking or just leave it black coffee)
2 tbsp vanilla essence

The Steps:
-separate the yellow and white (egg yolk)
-yellow egg:
Add the sugar,stir it well...Put on the double boiler...stir until it become creamy...Don't overcooked..(make sure you slow done the fire)...Until then, add in the Tatura cheese..Mix it well..
Whisk until it became soft and stiff..Then, add in Tatura mixture....Don't stir or mix, just fold over..Fold it well until it silky and smooth..
>>make a coffee* like we drink it...
>>make a black coffee*, with no sugar at all...
Then, dip the biscuits in the coffee*..(don't dip it to long, to avoid soggy...)
-Then, add in the dipped biscuits in the cake tin... Then add up the mixture of cheese...Then, pour some cocoa powder on it with ...Do it as layers...Until your cake tin full...(make sure, the top of it is the cocoa powder..)
-Chill in a fridge for 2-3 hours....
-Serve as u like it...yummm-O!!!

with my mom's effort..we have done our HOMEMADE CHEESECAKE....
after so long we never done this is the day...ahah
we have found a SIMPLE and NICE recipe...
here take a look...
Titli's Busy Kitchen I Cheesecake (No-Cook)
unfortunately, we have no, we use peach...

The Ingredients:
12     Merries cookies
500g Philadelphia cream cheese
250g sour cream
75g   Farmcow butter
1       tin of peach* (just use quarter of the juice in this tin,to avoid the                cheese from melt)
2       tbsp caster sugar (if you want more sweet, then add another tbsp)
2       tsp vanilla essence
2       tsp peach juice (can get from the tin*)

The Methods:
1. Crush the bisuits. Then, pour in a bowl.
2. Melt the butter. Then, pour in a bowl of crushed biscuits. Mix it well.
3. Put the mixture in the cake tin. Let it be flat and even. (Make sure you already place the aluminium foil/plastic in to the cake tin before put the biscuits.)
4. Put in a fridge while making the cheese.
5. Put sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract, caster sugar, and peach juice in a bowl. Then, mix it well until it smooth and soft.
6. OPTIONAL. You can either :
- put half of the cheese on top of the crushed biscuits and then, put your peach on top of the cheese. Lastly, covered it back with half of the other cheese. (Layered cheese)
-mix it well with the peaches in the cheese. Then, pour it into the crushed biscuits. (I USE THIS)
-put all the cheese into the crushed biscuits. (the peaches you want it to be decorated)
7. Then, put in a cold fridge for 4 hours. Until, the cheesecake seems solid enough.

I have prepared some pictures how its done...

I really like the taste of a quite sour-cheese of this cake..
my mom said, if the cheesecake is sweet, than it kill the natural taste of the sour cream..
eventually, there are a lot of cheese flavour if im not mistaken.. then...give it a try ok!!!
